New “Clinical Focus” Filter in ClinicalKey

While searching on ClinicalKey you can now apply the “Clinical Focus” filter, located under the “All Types” search filter. This will apply several filters in one go.

The “Clinical Focus” filter will automatically apply specific content, study and date filters for those of you who would like to narrow results to be more relevant for a clinical setting. The “Clinical Focus” automatic filters that are applied include:

  • Content: Full Text Articles; Books; Guidelines
  • Study Type: Narrative Review; Meta-Analysis; Systemic Reviews
  • Date: Up to three years

Start by going to the Health Library home page.

Page down to the Royal Marsden section and click the link.

You now need to log in to the Royal Marsden by clicking the login link at the top right.

Select the “OpenAthens” option from the log in pop-up screen.

Enter your NHS Athens username / password and click the “Sign in” button to login. Remember Royal Marsden Online is only available to UHNM users.

Once you are logged in you can view the full-text

Browse Content
To browse through the content you can select the tabs at the top – Procedures, Chapters and Illustrations.

Search Content
You can also search across all the content – simply enter your search keywords into the search box. You may be prompted for suggestions.
